At Almost Heaven Saunas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment; if your sauna doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Sauna

  Carefully disassemble the unit and secure all components in the original crates or packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Freight Shipping

  Schedule a pickup with a certified freight carrier and ensure the RMA number is clearly labeled on the exterior of the shipment.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for condition and completeness, we will process your refund minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
