How are Almost Heaven Saunas shipped?
Our saunas are shipped as easy-to-assemble kits via common carrier. Each unit is securely packed in a protective crate to ensure it arrives safely at your curbside.
What kind of electrical requirements are needed for installation?
While some of our smaller models use a standard 110V plug, most of our traditional steam saunas require a 220V/30-amp or 40-amp dedicated line installed by a licensed electrician.
Can I install my sauna outdoors?
Yes, our barrel saunas and specific outdoor cabin models are designed to withstand the elements. We recommend using a high-quality wood stain or roof kit to maximize the longevity of the cedar or fir.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Do your saunas come with a warranty?
Absolutely. We provide a limited lifetime warranty on the sauna room components and a 5-year warranty on the heaters, ensuring your investment is protected for years to come.
How long does it take to assemble a sauna kit?
Most of our saunas can be assembled by two people in 4 to 8 hours. No special tools are required beyond a drill, level, and basic hand tools.
